The Bookend – Romantasy Loft Above a Future Boozy Bookstore Perched above historic Pine Street in downtown Rolla, The Bookend offers parade-perfect views and a whimsical, romantasy-inspired retreat. Steps from shops and dining, and minutes from Missouri S&T and Phelps Health, this two-bedroom loft brims with vintage charm and enchanting reads. Soon, Bookmark This Bar will open below, bringing craft cocktails, zero-proof elixirs, and literary magic to your doorstep. The Bookend is a two bedroom loft in the heart of Rolla that is within minutes of the best food and entertainment the city has to offer. Rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, smart tv's, and antique nightstands, lamps, and dressers. The main living space is equipped with a kitchen, dining table, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie or a meal together. The Bookend also carries more than a 100 different book titles for guests to get lost in as they visit. **STAIRS** To get to the loft, there is a staircase climb up one level that is unavoidable. Entrance to and exit from the property will require the use of stairs. Guests have the whole space to themselves with the exception of one locked owners closet next to the bathroom. 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier.

Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €176 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure
Notes
Absolutely no smoking or vaping within the space.
We do not accept pets at this location. There are many stairs and there is no good space for them to relieve themselves.
No Events or Parties without prior notification and approval upon booking.
No additional overnight guests. All guests should be registered.
No open flames or candles.
This is an older building, so please only flush toilet paper. Also, there is no garbage disposal, so no food down the kitchen sink.
Many of these pieces of furniture are vintage and antiques, please do not move them as it may cause them to damage.
This location is in downtown Rolla. There is on-street parking, however it has a 2 hour limit Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Due to this, there are two dedicated parking spaces to our loft. In the parking lot behind the building you may park in spot 125 or 134.
